Refund Policy

Understand our refund terms for kowerk subscriptions and payments.

At kowerk, we want you to have a great experience. This policy explains your rights regarding payments made to Stable Mischief LLC.

1. The 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • This applies only to the first purchase made on an account.
  • Requests must be sent to support@kowerk.ai within the 7-day window.

2. Annual Plan Renewals

For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge. After this 7-day window, annual payments are non-refundable. We send a reminder email 7 days before your annual renewal processes.

3. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You can cancel at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for downgrading from a higher-tier to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal use of AI).
  • Usage-based overage fees (if applicable).

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.

Note: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the permanent termination of your account and the deletion of your data.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@kowerk.ai.
  2. Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Email]".
  3. Include your receipt number or Stripe invoice ID.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
